Prenatal Breastfeeding Class
You have what it takes to breastfeed. This class helps you trust that.
Maybe you've heard breastfeeding is hard, or that it didn't work out for someone you know. Here's what those stories usually leave out: there is no one right way to breastfeed. When you understand how milk is made and learn to follow your baby instead of the clock, you can trust yourself far more than the rulebooks suggest.
What we cover
✦ How milk is actually made
✦ Using your newborn's instincts and reflexes to help them latch
✦ Latch and positioning
✦ Signs your baby is hungry, and signs they've had enough
✦ Common problems and how to handle them
✦ Equipment and pumping
✦ Returning to work while breastfeeding
Why this matters
Most feeding guides try to keep things simple: feed every two to three hours, so many minutes per side. But babies haven't read those guides. When your baby wants to feed again after 45 minutes, those rules make you doubt yourself and ask “Is something wrong?” Do I not have enough milk?Usually, nothing is wrong. This class teaches you to read your baby instead of the clock, so those moments become reassuring instead of frightening. Two ways to join

What People Are Saying
“We had a great evening during the Breastfeeding course with Anna! It was very informative. She made us feel comfortable asking questions and we participated in interactive exercises. We received a lot of valuable information. It was great that the classes were in English, especially for us expats. As a first-time mom who is often overwhelmed by the information overload on social media, it was refreshing to hear expert advice and have all my questions addressed! I highly recommend this course."
