Welcome! Your Labor Breathing Toolkit is Here
II'm so glad you're here.
You'll find all three tracks below, plus a printable guide to practice on your own or with your partner.
The more familiar these feel now, the easier they'll be to reach for during labor.
Breathing Tracks
For when contractions begin to intensify and distraction is no longer enough. A slow, steady pattern to help you find focus and release tension.
A soft, quicker rhythm for the most intense part of labor, when slow breathing starts to feel impossible. Follow the rise and fall of each contraction.
Breath paired with simple affirmations. Some people love this one during pregnancy as practice, others save it for labor itself. Use it however it serves you.
Your printable Breathing Guide
A quick reference for all three styles. Print it for your birth bag, or share it with your birth partner so they can guide you when you can't think straight.
Preparing for birth?
If these tracks are useful, my childbirth course goes much deeper into comfort measures, positions, and everything else that helps. Or if you'd like someone alongside you during birth itself, have a look at my doula support.
