Who needs support?

You might recognize yourself here:

  • You're pregnant and want to feel prepared, not caught off guard

  • You're in the early days and nothing feels like it's working the way it should

  • You're dealing with pain, low supply, or a baby who won't latch, and you're running out of energy to figure it out alone

  • Breastfeeding was going well and something has shifted

  • You're not sure if what you're experiencing is normal and just want someone to ask

  • Your feeding goal doesn't fit a neat category: combination feeding, pumping, weaning. You want non-judgmental support

Breastfeeding can bring up feelings you didn't expect: frustration, doubt, guilt, exhaustion, and sometimes grief for the experience you hoped for. If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you're in the right place.

I support families in Eindhoven and the surrounding area, including many expat families navigating the Dutch maternity system in English. You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes you just need someone who knows what they're talking about and genuinely has time for you.
