After a free, introductory consultation, we will schedule three video sessions where we discuss your expectations and wishes for your labor and birth. I will provide assistance with writing your birth plan.

I will then be available by phone and text to support your pregnancy, labor, and birth as needed.

We will then meet once by video to discuss and process your birth together.

The full, in-person birth doula package includes:

Before Birth

We meet for one free introductory consultation, no obligations, followed by three prenatal meetings where we discuss your expectations and wishes for your labor and birth. I will provide assistance with writing your birth plan. I am available by phone, text, and email during business hours (9:00-17:00) until two weeks before your due date.

During Birth

Two weeks before your due date, I am on call 24/7 and can be reached by phone, text, and email. Once active labor has begun, I will be continuously by your side during labor, birth, and the first two hours after birth. During labor and birth, I assist you with finding ways to manage pain, using different positions for laboring and pushing, and advocating for your wishes.

After Birth

We meet for two postnatal consultations, one within 24 hours and the second within the first four to six weeks after birth. During the visits I will assist with breastfeeding initiation, bonding with baby, soothing techniques, and basic newborn care. We can review and process your birth story together.
